AI-enabled experience design integrates artificial intelligence to personalize and optimize user interactions across digital platforms by using AI algorithms informed by user behavior, preferences, and other data inputs. My approach involves identifying key data sources, building use cases, and stitching together the technology integrations needed to deliver automated, relevant, and timely experiences at scale.


 

Smart Curation: Learn, Adopt, Deliver 

The Situation:

An industry-leading big box retailer was looking for innovative ways to increase in-store sales. AI technology and machine learning would allow them to automate signage personalization, and relevancy, and align with sales trends to drive conversion.

My Approach:

I collaborated with executive stakeholders to gather tech requirements and then reviewed competitors while leading a multi-disciplinary team to formulate a digital asset management strategy and data mapping. AI allowed us to identify shopping trends and behaviors and turn them into opportunities to increase basket size by utilizing in-store signage to dynamically curate top-selling apparel.

Impact:

  • C-suite buy-in and approval of proof of concept

  • High personalization effectiveness index scores

  • 30% reduction in manual efforts, high automation rates
